Banjo N&B is one of the few games where I feel rewarded for thinking outside the box. If I fail the mission at hand, I go into the vehicle editor and try something wacky and see if it works.

Mass Effect is an amazing game, but having two spots on the list is kinda of a bit much.

I think in MGS4, seeing Shadow Moses again is one of the most epic gaming moments this generation. I'd say it's in the 3rd spot. Other than that, the list is fine, just replace one of the ME scenes.
Rock Band 2 has definitely sold more than GH: World Tour. Pretty much everyone I know thinks RB2 is better than GH. Wal-mart and Best Buy have Rock Band 2 out rather than GH:WT.

I for one put Halo 3's multiplayer pretty highly, why? I don't get as much of a sense of competition in other games.

I don't really care for the ads cause I don't sit on the dashboard and purposely look at them. They're always game related, but I get the sentiment you're feeling. Most of the "ads" that people complain about on the NXE are just new releases and such on the arcade or movies on the marketplace so it's useful to me.
